Mini Pancake Santa Hats

1 packet of Marcel’s Petite Pancakes
12 medium sized strawberries
Whipped cream
Optional: icing sugar for dusting
Method
Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the green tops so each berry sits flat like a little hat. Arrange the mini pancakes, stacking them 2 pancakes high on a serving platter. Pipe or spoon a small swirl of whipped cream in the center of each pancake stack. Place one strawberry, flat side down, on top of the whipped cream so it sticks. Add a tiny dollop of whipped cream to the pointed tip of each strawberry. Lightly dust with icing sugar for a snowy effect.
