Pancake Fruit Kebabs

Marcel’s Petite Pancake Fruit Kebabs are a fun, colourful lunchbox treat made just for kids. Bite-sized pancakes are threaded with banana, strawberries and apple pieces to create a balanced snack that feels like a treat but fuels growing bodies. Easy to hold, mess-free and made in a few minutes, these kebabs are perfect for school lunches, picnics or after-school snacks.

Ingredients

Serves 4-6 kids

  • 1 packet of Marcel’s Petite Pancakes

  • 1 - 2 bananas, sliced into thick rounds

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 apple, cored and cut into bite-size chunks

  • Wooden skewers or reusable lunch-box picks

Method

Wash and cut the banana, strawberries, and apple into bite-size pieces. Slide fruit and mini pancakes onto skewers in a fun pattern - ending with a pancake to hold everything in place.

Lunch-Box Tips
• Toss apple pieces in a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
• Cut skewers in half for younger kids.
• Add a small yogurt or honey dip in a sealed container for extra fun.
