Marcel's & Egmont Honey Banoffee Crepes

This is a take on classic banoffee pie flavours – caramel, banana and cream. Delicious as both a decadent breakfast and a show-stopping dessert. And it is all gluten-free!

Method

Lay the crepes out on a clean flat surface. Spread each one with a layer of dulce de leche followed by a layer of mascarpone or cream. Sprinkle with chocolate then fold into quarters and slide the sliced banana between the layers. Divide between 3 plates, topping each crepe with some extra dulce de leche, mascarpone and chocolate before serving.
