Lemon & Sugar Sweet Crepes
There is no denying that lemon and sugar on crepes is one of the most classic combinations and we get loads of customers sharing that it is one of their favourites. So we thought, although simple, we would share this winning combination with you. Bon Appetite!
Squeeze the lemons and put the juice into a little jug. Put some sugar into a small bowl. Heat the crepes as per the packet instructions then arrange 3 on each plate, sprinkling sugar on each, followed by some lemon juice. Fold the crepes then serve immediately.
