Duck Crepe with Hoisin Sauce

Our crepes are super versatile, which means you can use them for savoury dishes as well.

Ingredients

Serves 2

1 packet of Marcel's Ooh La La Gluten-Free Crepes or Double Love Sweet Crepes
2 Riverside Farm Duck Breasts confit-style
Handful of corriander leaves
1 cucumber, sliced into long strips
1 spring onion, sliced diagonally
1 cup of bean sprouts
4-6 Tbs hoisin sauce

Method

Cook duck as per packet instructions. Slice and prepare all vegetables. Warm hoisin sauce. Warm crepes, as per packet instructions. Assemble all ingredients in the centre of crepe, roll up and enjoy!
