Crepes with Strawberries & Chocolate Sauce
Strawberries and chocolate are a match made in heaven and they come together beautifully in this recipe, layered in between our crepes.
Wash and hull the strawberries then slice them thinly, putting them into a small bowl as you go. Sprinkle over the icing sugar and lemon juice and mix well to combine. Fold the crepes into quarters and arrange them on two plates, adding in strawberries between the layers as you pile them up. Lastly garnish with extra strawberries and drizzle with your favourite chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
