Chicken, Sesame & Chive Rolled Crepes

We love how versatile our crepes are, perfect for desserts, dinner and even as finger food when entertaining. Here we have combined shredded chicken with deliciously nutty toasted sesame seeds and zingy chives and we think they make a winning combination. Quick and easy to put together they will make a welcome addition to your next dinner party or event.

Ingredients

Makes 6 rolled pieces per crepe

  • 250g shredded chicken, roughly chopped

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

  • 1/3 cup chives, finely chopped, plus extra to garnish

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

  • Zest 1 lemon, plus 1 tablespoon juice

  • 1 x packet Marcel’s Gluten-Free Crepes


Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl, season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.

Divide the mixture between the 6 crepes and spread out evenly right to the edges. Roll firmly then slice into 6 or 7 rounds. Set the end pieces aside (for eating later!) and arrange the little rounds on a serving platter. Scatter with an extra sprinkling of chives and serve.

These can be made a few hours ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until required.
