Blue Cheese, Walnut & Pear Blinis

Getting fancy for your dinner guests has never been easier!


Makes 50 

  • 1 packet of Marcel's Fancy Blinis

  • 1 packet of blue cheese

  • 50 whole walnuts

  • 1 large pear


Toast the walnuts at 160C until they are a light golden colour and begin to release a toasted aroma. Warm the blinis according to the packet instructions. Thinly slice the blue cheese and pear. Add blue cheese to the blinis first, then top with pear and 1 walnut per blini.
