Banoffee Mini Pancakes

These banoffee mini pancakes are an office favourite at Marcel's. It only takes minutes to make these bite-sized treats - so you can make them just as fast as you’ll be eating them!

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Marcel's Petite Pancakes

  • Dulce de Leche caramel sauce

  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced

  • Freshly whipped cream or mascarpone

  • Grated chocolate or finely diced flake to sprinkle

Method

Layer up the petite pancakes with a spoonful of dulce de leche caramel, whipped cream, and a slice of banana. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, and try not to eat them all at once!
