Creme brulee pancakes

Get a little fancy with almost no effort!

Ingredients

• Marcel's Happy Pancakes (6pk)

• Custard (either home made or pre-made)

• Berries of your choice

• Pistachio nuts

Method

Heat 3 x Marcel's pancakes in the toaster, microwave or pan until warmed through. Pour custard generously over the pancake stack and ensure an even layer of custard on the top. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over the custard and use a cooks blowtorch to gently crisp the sugar. Top with pistachios and berries. Enjoy!
