

Chocolate cheesecake pancakes
Cream cheese, chocolate and caramel? Yes please.
Ingredients
Marcel's Happy Pancakes (6pk)
Whipped cream cheese
Dulce de leche (Barkers or similar)
Toasted hazelnut
Dark chocolate drizzle
Method
Soften the cream cheese slightly by taking it out of the fridge 15 mins prior. Add a dash of milk to loosen the texture and use a whisk or food processor for a few minutes until light and fluffy. Using a food processor you'll need to stop and scrape the bowl a few times.
Set aside the cream cheese and heat a pan or skillet on medium heat. Heat hazelnuts until browned and fragrant, stirring occasionally for about 5-10 mins. Remove from skillet and wrap in a kitchen towel to steam for 1 minute. Rub nuts in the towel to remove loose skins.
Heat Marcel's pancakes in the toaster, microwave or pan until warmed through.
Spread whipped cream cheese first, then a layer of dulche de leche. Drizzle the chocolate sauce and add the toasted hazelnuts. Add sliced banana for optional flavour hit. Enjoy!
