- Sweet Crepes

INGREDIENTS:
1 pk Marcel's Crepes.
70 g Chocolate mouse mix.
1 btl Fresh cream
1 tsp Icing sugar
2 c Berries
200 g Chocolate flakes
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CREPES
METHOD:
Thaw the desired amount of Marcel’s Crepes.
Make chocolate mousse according to
the packet instructions and place in the
refrigerator to set for 30 minutes.
Whip cream with 1Tbs of icing sugar.
For easy rolling, warm crepes in the microwave.
Spread a generous amount of mousse on each crepe.
Leave a 1.5 cm edge of crepe showing.
Roll the crepe.
Dust with icing sugar.
TO SERVE:
Dress with a scattering of berries
Whipped cream.
Chocolate flakes.
